DIE-CASTING & GRAVITY CASTING

We have high pressure die casting machines with locking forces of between 150 to 900 tonnes, from which we can produce part from 0.500 kg to 12 kg.

We also have gravity casting facility for various parts for our customers.

MACHINING OR TOOLING

We offer many value added services such as, machining, finishing and sub assemblies. We have our own on site precision machining division that includes Manual & CNC machining centers, working for OEMs,ODMs, etc.

QUALITY CONTROL

Our management team constantly implement monitor, control, evaluate, strategic and operational strategies, so that the customer are well served and the goals of the organization are achieved.

Our team is always ready to observe techniques and activities used to fulfill requirements for quality.

OTHER FACILITIES

We also have our shot-blasting, tumbling division that was designed specifically for zinc and aluminum die castings. Production Castings also has a complete finishing facility that offers everything from coating or buffing to paint.
